DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR STATE FOOD LICENSE
As you must be aware that any food business operator whether food manufacturing or packaging or distributing or food van or cloud kitchen or retail/ wholesale, entity shall be required to obtain a food license or FSSAI License to start and run food business in India. According to turnover food license in of 3 types.
1.Basic Food Registration : Turnover less than 12 lakhs.
2.State Food License: Turnover more than 12 lakhs to 20 crores.
3.Central Food License: Turnover more than 20 crores.

- Authorized Person Details
- Food Test Report
- Business Id Proof(If Any)
